It’s finally “official” personally and professionally. Mike and I are moving back to Colorado in just under two weeks! Kelly, Mike’s sister and the sole reader of my blog, is graciously opening up her home to us while we get settled, find jobs and decide what area we want to live in–though the Highlands is most likely.
People think we are slightly insane for leaving San Diego, and I know we will miss it more than words can express. However, we are excited to be near family and friends–even when that includes some SERIOUS babysitting duties and early morning feedings to try and repay Kelly and Nate for letting us crash the Block residence.
What I will miss most about San Diego:

My 1075 homies
Being near Mike’s family & being an awesome auntie & uncle duo to the girls
The great outdoors, especially weekends in Breck
The brand new life adventure we are on together
