It snowed A LOT in Denver yesterday. As of Saturday morning we’ve hit the February record of largest snowfall in the city in one day. We have about 15 inches on the ground and the flurries haven’t quite stopped yet.
These were snapped on my super old iPhone from the comfort of my PJs in our warm house. I hope to take some more shots today with our good camera (and when I feel motivated to put on snow boots). Ironically my aunt Jan is visiting from Los Angeles this weekend as well. She made it in right before DIA started canceling flights and has actually enjoyed all the snow. She is originally from Minnesota so it is a bit nostalgic for her I’m sure.
Today we’re going to venture to Boulder for some lunch and shopping, and then get promptly back indoors before it hits 8 degrees F tonight. Brrrrrr….
Hope you are having a lovely Saturday!
