Fall is a beautiful season. Crisp air. Hearty fruits and vegetables. Stunning colors.
Mike and I missed the true peak of Colorado’s aspen colors due to travel but we were still able to take in some beautiful scenery this past weekend on a morning drive just about an hour outside of Denver. The park we walked through had a thin layer of snow in parts and as we pressed deeper into the mountains, aspen groves “popped” around every bend.
In one simple Sunday drive, we were instantly reminded just how lucky we feel to call Colorado home.
